Denmark welcome all to EHF EURO 2014

VIDEO STORY: The hosts took some minutes after a training session to say 'hi' to Europe's handball fans

For one hour and a half the pressure Denmark's national team is arguably under as home team at the Men's EHF EURO 2014 seemed to have disappeared.

While training at Hammerum Hallen near Herning on Thursday night was intense, the team's nevertheless took their time afterwards to sign balls and jerseys for their young fans attending the training.

And they did not hesitate to grab the microphone when our video team asked them to welcome all fans to the final tournament that throws off on 12 January.

150,000 tickets across all four venues, Herning, Aalborg, Aarhus and Copenhagen, have been sold which leaves only another 25,000 available - so fans should hurry up if they want to be part of Europe's biggest handball party.
